Cancellation and Refund Policy
At Trek The Thrills, we prioritize fair and transparent cancellation policies. We understand that circumstances can change, so we have designed our policy to accommodate your needs while ensuring operational efficiency.
If a trek is cancelled due to natural disasters, roadblocks, or government restrictions, we will issue a Trek Voucher. This voucher can be used to book the same trek or choose another trek within one year.
– If the price of the new trek is higher, you will need to pay the difference.
– If it is lower, we will refund the excess amount.
-If a trek is cancelled due to low participation (fewer than three participants), you will receive a full refund along with a 10% discount voucher, valid for one year.
When You Cancel a Trek
– More than 30 Days Before the Trek: You will receive a 100% refund with no cancellation charges.
-15 to 30 days before the trek, 50% of the amount will be refunded.
– Within 1 to 15 Days Before the Trek: No refunds will be issued.
When Trek The Thrills Cancels a Tour
If we must cancel a tour due to unavoidable reasons, a Getaway Voucher will be issued. This can be used for the same tour or any other available tour within one year.
If the selected tour is more expensive, you will be required to pay the additional amount.
If it is less costly, we will refund the difference.
When You Cancel a Tour
– More than 30 Days Before the Trek: You will receive a 100% refund with no cancellation charges.
-15 to 30 days before the trek, 50% of the amount will be refunded.
– Within 1 to 15 Days Before the Trek: No refunds will be issued.
Seat Transfers
You may transfer your booking to a friend or family member if you are unable to attend the trek or tour. The replacement must complete all formalities before the event. Public transport bookings cannot be transferred. If applicable, new transportation arrangements will need to be made.
Refund Process
Refunds are typically processed within 1 to 14 working days and will be credited to the original payment method.
