Bookings are confirmed exclusively through our official online platform or via direct communication with our authorized consultant.
A reservation is only secured upon receiving a non-refundable deposit or the full trek fee as outlined at the time of booking.
Full payment must be made within the timeline specified. Failure to meet the deadline may lead to automatic cancellation without a refund.
2. Itinerary Adjustments
We prioritize your safety and satisfaction. Trek The Thrills reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather, natural calamities, or operational challenges.
In case of changes, timely notifications will be shared with participants.
3. Assumption of Risk and Waiver
Participation in trekking activities involves certain risks. By joining, you accept these risks and agree that Trek The Thrills is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or losses incurred.
All participants must sign a liability waiver prior to the trek. Without a signed waiver, participation will be prohibited.
4. Safety Protocols
Your well-being is our primary concern. Participants must adhere to all safety instructions provided by our experienced guides.
Any injury or loss resulting from disregarding safety protocols is solely the participant’s responsibility.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellations must be formally submitted in writing via email.
Refund eligibility depends on the cancellation timeline. Refer to our cancellation policy for specific details.
Refunds are not applicable for no-shows, late arrivals, or voluntary trip withdrawals.
6. Medical Assistance
In case of medical emergencies, Trek The Thrills will facilitate access to the nearest medical center.
The participant will bear all medical costs.
7. Environmental Commitment
We maintain a strict “Leave No Trace” policy. Participants are expected to minimize their impact on the environment by responsibly managing their waste.
Disregarding environmental guidelines may result in fines or removal from the trek without reimbursement.
8. Accommodation Guidelines
Accommodation is exclusively for registered participants. Allowing non-registered individuals to use the accommodations is strictly prohibited.
9. Behavioral Expectations
Respect and cooperation are essential. Any form of harassment, misconduct, or refusal to comply with trek leader instructions will result in immediate dismissal from the trek without a refund.
Participants are expected to treat fellow trekkers, staff, and the environment with respect.
10. Trek Disruptions
Nature and other external factors can cause unforeseen disruptions. If the trek is suspended mid-journey for safety reasons, no refunds will be issued.
Trek leader decisions concerning reroutes, rescheduling, or trek termination are final and binding.
11. Agreement to Terms
